Zambia
Long regarded by many old safari hands as the “real Africa”, Zambia spans two different regions of Africa: southern and central. A country which grew rich and then poor again with fluctuating copper prices, Zambia is now investing in its true natural riches: the great national parks of Kafue and Luangwa. This is true wilderness, remote and unspoiled: endless plains where great herds roam, and the thundering majesty of Victoria Falls, shared with Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe
The original and one of the very best! Zimbabwe is quickly shaking off its troubled recent past and re-emerging as a force to be reckoned with in eco-tourism. Zimbabwe has it all: incredible parks, ancient stone ruins whose origins are still shrouded in mystery, and astonishing wildlife. In many ways Zimbabwe is where modern photographic safaris began and a fantastic place to experience a walking safari. Zimbabwe is home to a number of iconic destinations, from the game-rich Mana Pools to the “smoke that thunders”: Victoria Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world.
